Manchester Citizens Corporation (MCC) has partnered with a private developer to transform this vacant industrial brownfield into a new community of twenty-six homes. MCC was recently awarded a $275,000 grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. MCC hopes to start construction on the first homes in 2011.
