Current Projects

Manchester Citizens Corporation undertook a community wide planning process to inventory all property in the neighborhood and identify vacant and abandoned property. Recommendations (demolition, new infill, restoration) were made for each parcel and costs for implementing the recommendations were estimated. Manchester Citizens Corporation is currently in the process of implementing some of the recommendations.
