Accomplishments | Manchester Neighborhood Housing Program

Manchester Neighborhood housing Program was modeled after the sucess of the Pennsylvania Avenue project, this project consisted of the construction of fifeteen single-family passive solar townhouses in the 1300 block of Sheffield Steeet. This Manchester Citizens development cost $1.5 million and was completed in 1988.
