Manchester Citizens Corporation (MCC) undertook a community-wide planning process to inventory all of the property in the neighborhood and identify vacant and abandoned property. Recommendations (demolition, new infill, restoration) were made for each parcel, and costs for implementing the recommendations were estimated. MCC is currently in the process of implementing some of the recommendations from the Manchester Neighborhood Transformation Initiative.
