Accomplishments | Pennsylvania Avenue Phase I and Phase II

During the early eighties, Manchester Citizens Corporation focused on single-family housing and built forty-eight new townhouses in the 1000-1100 blocks of Pennsylvania Avenue. This project was completed in 1984.
